Job Responsibilities:
- Review job contracts and document invoicing procedures.
- Set up new jobs with job code to track the project and customer invoicing requirements.
- Ensure all related documentation is uploaded to the system.
- Accurately invoice in compliance with contract agreements.
- Document all change orders to projects.
- Assist with month end process.
- Communicate heavily and support project managers with reporting and job status analysis.
- Perform job “close” process for each completed project.
- Audit of projects as requested.
- Analyze weekly CIE/BIE report and provide feedback on potential issues.
- Manage customer aging report, follow up with customers and Project Managers with past due invoices
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ general accounting and/or accounts receivable experience.
- A strong understanding of contracts
- Excellent organizational, oral, written, and communication skills required; must be a self-motivated individual with good time management skills.
- Detail oriented; must have the ability to prioritize work, analyze information, identify discrepancies and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service mindset and approach to business.
