Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a friendly, organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our client in Exton, PA! As the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for interacting with internal employees and customers to assist with the company's overall collections and receivables efforts. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity starting at $50,000/year!

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator Include:

• Communicate effectively with internal Accounting team members and customers to facilitate the company's billing and invoice payment process.
• Add new customers to the company's billing portal and maintain customer account information, such as address, contact, and payment details. 
• Maintain customer invoices and statements within the billing portal. 
• Initiate first-level customer collections efforts on unpaid invoices.

Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

• Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years' Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
