We are looking to add an Operations Administrator to our team. 

Job Overview:

The Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting the Operation Manager, Project Managers and Service Electricians (Operations Team) with all aspects of the execution and record keeping of the jobs. The primary responsibilities will include engaging with and supporting the project managers, managing the purchase order process, subcontract and the billing of the jobs as well as the work order processing. Additional responsibilities can include client, vendor and other external partner follow up on behalf of the Operations Team. The goal of this role is to support the Operations Team to deliver on our company mission of award winning workmanship with professionalism and integrity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Set up all jobs and work orders.
• Create purchase order and process packing slip and receiving.
• Create the vendor payable for the job related purchase orders.
• Reconcile the job related vendor statements monthly.
• Assist with subcontract and change order processing.
• Assist with communications to customer.
• Manage the contract administration.
• Manage the close out process.
• Support Service Electricians with processing work orders.
• Participate constructively in Team Meetings.

Required:

• Construction Administration experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Word.
• Degree or certificates in business a plus.
• Spectrum and Conest knowledge a plus.
• Great attitude and work ethic, with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
