Kelly Services is actively seeking a Health Promotion Engagement Specialist for a long term (1+ year) assignment with one of our global clients based in New Brunswick, NJ.
This is a fully remote role. East Coast location preferred.
Pay rate range: $40 - $45/hour + benefits
This role supports the Health Promotion and Engagement Lead by helping to execute engagement strategies, participate in project teams, oversee and manage creative agencies, and support the development and execution of a wide range of communications materials and channels. In partnership with team subject matter experts and/or product owners, the specialist recommends the appropriate delivery and coordination of health and well-being programs, employee health promotion initiatives, and monitors effectiveness of the engagement tactics. Managing the development and execution of the employee communication and promotion strategies to increase the awareness and usage of health and well-being programs across the Enterprise, this individual will collaborate with Employee Communications and product vendors to develop campaigns, special experiences, employee communications and promote events.
Responsibilities:
Drives governance of messaging and promotion standards: audiences and relevancy, content standards and guidelines, editorial planning and consistency, branding and messaging adherence, and content optimization.
Production of engagement material for communication channels, events, projects and campaigns, from start to finish, including translation (if applicable), approvals, and the management of involved staff members and contributors.
Support the development and execution of a wide range of communications materials (email communications, company newsletters, intranet postings, presentations, surveys, calendar invitations, website content, internal videos, internal social content, etc.) and manage communications tools/channels using existing content management systems and templates.
Advance and evolve compelling engagement experiences through campaign creation, copy, taglines and headlines, ensuring alignment across Employee Health & Well-Being (EHW) and Employee Communications.
Develop a curated content strategy and editorial roadmap focused on supporting EHW and Total Rewards strategy. Monthly, quarterly, yearly strategy planning for editorial and EHW promotional activities
Supports timely messaging, drafts copy for marketing materials, develops promotional toolkits, and implements marketing strategies.
Identifies opportunities to drive well-being engagement based on employee insights captured via focus groups, product surveys and other digital/communication channels.
Collaborates with EHW, EHW vendor partners, J&J business partners, Employee Communications, Total Rewards and HR partners to ensure strategic alignment of well-being promotion strategies.
Responsible for and oversees data tracking, trends and reporting for key promotion and engagement communication channels.
Gather employee testimonials and develop an understanding of employees’ unique challenges, motivations, and needs as they relate to driving engagement.
As needed, plan, promote and execute events.
Provides recommendations to health promotion lead for continuous process improvement and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required;
A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in Marketing, Communications, Health Science, Health Education, Health Promotion, Public Health, or related allied health or communication subject area is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in driving global high-level strategic initiatives and playing a hands-on role in copywriting, creative production, and campaign execution for internal activations is preferred.
Excellent English writer and editor with the ability to distill complex concepts into succinct, meaningful content.
Accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with a strong attention to detail.
Experience in employee insights evaluation and promotional impact via visual representation is preferred.
Demonstrates effective employee engagement strategies and experienced industry-level knowledge in occupational health, health promotion and well-being and behavioral health services preferred.
Ability to scope projects, manage set timelines and follow through to completion.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
Creative thinker with a positive, growth mindset.
This role is recruited for by a remote Kelly office and not your local Kelly branch.
