DE&I INROADS Intern

Job Overview: As a DE&I Intern at Sanofi, you will contribute to our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your role will involve supporting various initiatives, events, and programs aimed at fostering a culture of belonging within our organization. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to assist in the implementation and success of our diversity and inclusion efforts.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist with coordinating Sanofi's A Million Conversations initiative.
Provide support for Sanofi's Inclusion & Social Impact Report.
Event Coordination Support:
Assist in coordinating logistics for events.
Support for ERGs & DE&I Efforts:
Assist in managing data integrity and organizing ERG activities.
Assistance with External Partnerships:
Support in managing administrative tasks for external partnerships.
Support for DE&I Trainings and EEO Compliance:
Assist in administering contracts and scheduling training sessions.
The above responsibilities represent key areas of focus for the DE&I INROADS Intern. The role may involve additional tasks related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE INROADS PROGRAM
Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated interest or involvement in DE&I
Experience with project planning
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of contract administration and financial management is a plus.
