Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily cash posting
• Utilize the company’s portals to collect on delinquent accounts
• Assist with accounts payable by verifying and coding invoices
• Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts
• Research and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

· Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

· Comfortable in a high-volume, fast paced environment

Preferred:

· Experience with Sage Intacct

Compliance:

· Background check and drug screen
