Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Buyer's Agent to join our dynamic team of real estate professionals as we continue to grow. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding our clients through the entire home-buying journey, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience every step of the way. From initial contact with pre-qualified leads to showcasing properties, negotiating terms, and facilitating the final sale, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our buyers.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, although applicants must hold a valid California real estate license.

Compensation:
Competitive compensation package with an earning potential of $104,000 or more annually.

Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers through a seamless home purchasing process, assisting them in selecting mortgage options that align with their budget and preferences.
- Initiate contact with pre-qualified leads to assess interest levels and understand their specific requirements for a home.
- Prepare essential documents including representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful transactions.
- Collaborate with sellers, listing agents, and other stakeholders to negotiate property sales and achieve favorable outcomes for buyers.
- Keep potential home buyers well-informed about local housing market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a buyer's agent or in a relevant real estate role.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
