At UM Capital Region Health, we're about to changeUP everything with the opening of our new hospital in Spring 2021!

Located in Largo in the heart of Prince George's County, our new state-of-the-art regional medical center (UM Capital Region Medical Center) will provide improved access to primary and ambulatory care services, and serve as a tertiary care center for critically ill patients. In addition, our new space will allow us to expand our offerings as a community partner to help improve the health status of Prince George's County residents.
Job Description

* Monitors the Department's service schedule to ensure the availability of adequate supplies and equipment
* Orders supplies and equipment as needed
* Assists with arranging for loans of supplies from other hospitals and vendors as needed
* In collaboration with Materials Management, develops and maintains inventory and par levels
* Works closely with System Leadership to manage supplies in a fiscally thoughtful way.

Qualifications

* Preferred: Associates Degree preferred.
* Completed Course Work/Program: Requires High School Diploma supplemented by technical course in procurement and supply management
* Required: 5 years
* Preferred: 7 or more years
