Title :MS Dynamics AX Consultant
Location : 100% Remote.
Rate : $45/hr
Skills Required:
· Years of Experience Required – 10 + Years of experience
· Degrees or certifications required - A Degree I computer Science is preferred but not required.
· Best vs. Average – Experience with products and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity
• May install software or perform hardware testing remotely
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
Top 3 Hard Skills Required
1. Minimum 10+ years' experience with Previous Dynamics finance operations (Dynamics AX ) Experience working dual write, and performance or upgrades
2. Minimum 10+ years' experience with customer service.
3. Minimum 10+ years' experience with experience analyzing SQL queries and query plans
