Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and the finance team to ensure accurate documentation for construction projects.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address inquiries regarding payments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting processes and basic principles.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
