BECOMING OUR BARISTA

This position has a full- or part-time schedule with some flexibility. You'll typically work Saturday and Sunday between 7 AM and 4 PM and Monday between 6 AM and 4 PM.

As a Barista at Birchwood, your responsibilities include preparing iced and hot coffee and tea beverages, serving customers with a warm demeanor, and maintaining a pristine workspace. Your journey with us involves working with state-of-the-art equipment, including a classic espresso machine. All that we need from you is the following:

• 18+ years of age
• 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Willingness to cross-train and assist with other positions as needed

Our ideal candidate is preferably 21 years of age or older!
