Job description
My client in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist, you would be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote their products/services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, has software or fleet experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, presentations, and sales materials.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Monitor industry developments and incorporate best practices into marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
