Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $17.25 to $23.25 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team and general staff, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks such as managing mail, handling phone calls with professionalism, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized filing systems. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible working hours, as we operate from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays off to recharge and enjoy life.

Your Contribution:
Administrative Support: Assist in the smooth operations of our office by undertaking tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
Communication: Handle phone calls professionally and exhibit polite and professional communication through all channels including email and in-person interactions.
Organization: Create and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, manage office supplies, and update policies and procedures as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Organization Skills: You're highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.
Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office equipment and Microsoft Office Products.
Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures that you can handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Self-Starter: You are capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Educational Requirements: A high school degree is required. While experience in an administrative role is not mandatory, it's certainly appreciated.
