Job Title: Audit Senior
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote)
Salary:$80,000 - $100,000
Requirement: 2+ Years, CPA preferred, Non-Profit Experience

The Audit Associate (Senior) will provide high-quality service to clients as a productive member of assigned audit teams and will come with 2+ years of hands-on external audit experience.

What You Will Be Doing

- Show dedication and innovation through active participation in Firm initiatives
- Build and maintain a proactive, professional relationship with clients for assigned engagements
- Continue professional development efforts through an intentional growth plan, with special focus on not-for-profit organizations and corresponding accounting issues and trends
- Help Associates develop professionally through on-the-job coaching and intentional training
- Display integrity and professional behavior consistent with CapinCrouse's focus, vision, mission and core values
- Act respectfully and consistent with client values

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related finance degree (Master's big plus)
- 2+ years of related public accounting audit experience
- Must have completed the 150 credit hours required for the CPA exam minimally, CPA license highly desired or in process
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience working with Nonprofit Organizations
