Job description
We are a established, yet growing GC that has does a range of projects such as K-12, Higher Education, Municipalities, healthcare, and Senior Housing projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a variety of commercial construction projects including K-12 school renovations, additions, TI and ground-up healthcare projects.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction and a comprehensive understanding of industry practices. Experience in a combination of healthcare, K-12, renovations, ground-up work, Senior living, is preferred.
This position pays between $130,000 and $180,000 annually. In addition to the salary, there may be additional commissions, bonuses and perks associated with this role.
