Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the North America Incentives business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to contribute to various financial planning and reporting processes. Reporting to the VP-Finance, Global Incentives, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the annual plan and quarterly forecast processes
- Reconcile complex financial data sets across multiple databases and reports
- Conduct period profitability reviews and variance analysis
- Proactively communicate key financial and operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Prepare and reconcile data import files and templates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Superior analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of online programs such as Quickbase and Smartsheets is advantageous
- ERP experience preferred
