Job description

As a Telehealth Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), you will collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and a supportive leadership team to deliver clinical interventions and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to our commercial and Medicare members. Your responsibilities will include conducting telephonic and/or video chat outreach with members, analyzing medication regimens, and actively participating in the MTM program.

Key Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls to members for MTM services and other commercial programs.
Handle inbound calls from members to initiate MTM or other services.
Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews as part of the MTM Program.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service standards.
Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs.
Support clinical outreach efforts to enhance care coordination.
Stay updated on regulations related to CEC programs.
Maintain open communication with different departments for seamless collaboration.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' member experience and the center's contribution to improved health and wellness.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HIPAA and CMS regulations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is advantageous.
Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations.
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other team members consistently.

This position may be fully remote or located in one of our offices in Appleton, WI or Madison, WI.
