Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Partnerships to join our team, a leading provider of background checks and screening solutions. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Partnerships to drive demand and expand our reach across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage our Partnerships organization, overseeing Alliances and Channel teams.
Acquire and nurture strategic partnerships, fostering close relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and execute business plans for alliances and channel partnerships, focusing on key metrics and goals for success.
Track and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving alignment.
Manage key alliance relationships, partnership planning, and joint goal setting with HR Technology vendors.
Define and implement go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for integrated solution offerings and go-to-market initiatives, such as co-marketing and co-selling efforts.
Develop joint value propositions, messaging, and positioning with ecosystem partners.
Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to the team and company on partnership initiatives.
Qualifications:

Impact-focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action.
Strategic thinker with a holistic view on partnership value creation.
Highly collaborative with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proven track record of success in developing and delivering strategic plans with leading tech companies.
Experience working at a startup and building key partnerships during scaling.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
Experience in the HR Tech ecosystem is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $340,000, with additional opportunities for variable compensation and equity.
