Job description
Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Civil Manager to their team in West Palm Beach!
Responsibilities:
- Complete/participate in civil engineering project design as needed
- Mentor/train engineering design staff
- Frequent contact with clients including responding directly to client requests and referring clients to appropriate manager when needed
- Assist with marketing efforts including attending industry events
- Assist with business development, including preparing proposals and participating in project interviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of design and project management experience for municipal and general civil projects
- PE License
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment and attend conferences
Salary is commensurate with experience.
