Principal Purpose of Position: - Maximize the Holman Experience by providing guidance and coaching to develop a team that excels in communication, project management, a consultative approach and customer service excellence
- Creates a positive and professional work environment through positive recognition and supportive work relationships
- Ensure achievement of department goals
- Empower individuals to contribute to team, department and company success
- Serve as representative of Implementation team during client/prospect visits.
- Supervises the activities of team members, manages workload, monitors attendance, conducts one on one's and performance reviews
- Monitors execution of all startup activity and review exception reporting while identifying and implementing best practices
- Recommends process improvements to increase efficiency throughout implementation.
- Maintains efficient and effective platform for tracking current implementations.
- Provides implementation support to other departments, sales offices, and clients to address concerns or requests.
- Minimizes customer issues and escalation through effective coaching, and support of team.
- Responsible for effective and timely resolution of escalated customer issues during the implementation process
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Resolves interdepartmental, operational and customer related concerns quickly and efficiently
Education and/or Training: - Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary diploma in Business or related fields preferred
- Equivalent and relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience: - Project management experience
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Automotive Industry experience
- Holman experience is an asset - Must have a thorough understanding of all Holman products, services and systems.
- Working knowledge of Holman departments, processes, and programs
- Advanced understanding of MS Office applications.
- Advanced customer service skills, organization skills, and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Understanding of internal Holman systems, including GDT, EVOS, Insights, and FleetTrak.
- Logical thinker with the ability to navigate thorough processes and actions.
- Works independently with high level of attention to detail.
- Relevant experience with a proven track record of strong team leadership
Communicating & Influencing Skills: - Effective communicator, both written and verbal, to all levels of employees and customers with proven ability to run meetings.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills with focus on the clear and concise
- Confidently speak to all customers about Holman's history and service offering
