• Assessing Patient Condition: Conducting thorough assessments of patients to determine their health status and needs.

• Planning Care: Developing individualized care plans based on patient assessments and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

• Implementing Care Plans: Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as outlined in the care plan.

• Evaluating Patient Care: Monitoring patient responses to treatments, assessing outcomes, and adjusting care plans accordingly.

• Administering Medications: Safely administering medications and ensuring proper dosages.

• Wound Care: Changing dressings, monitoring wounds, and ensuring proper healing.

• Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly checking and recording vital signs to track patient health status.

• Maintaining Records: Documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
