Family Service Association is looking for a caring Financial Supervisor for our Guardianship and Rep. Payee program!  We are offering a full time 35 hour work week, with a partial hybrid remote day time schedule. 

The Guardianship / Rep Payee Financial Supervisor essential duties and responsibilities;

• Assist with the initial and on-going asset management for clients
• Provide guidance and supervision to 3-5 financial staff
• Responsible for oversight of financial documents for Probate Court including yearly court accountings and inventories
• Provide oversight for applications for MassHealth, Medicare, secondary insurance and long term-care when applicable
• Responsible for completing reports for agency including audits
• Triage and balance competing priorities
• Work independently as well as part of a Team

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of accounting experience,
• 2+ years of supervisory experience,
• Knowledge of MassHealth eligibility
• Experience working in human services
