Job description

Provide direct administrative support for the Finance and Human Resource administrators for the Dean’s Office, supporting Office of Medical Education (OME) and other Dean’s Office departments. Responsibilities include budget and purchasing support for Finance Administrator and recruiting and onboarding/off boarding support for HR Administrator. Facilitate the creation of necessary HR documents to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. Exercise discretion in providing disclosure of sensitive/confidential information and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of university policies and procedures. Assist with billing, purchasing, payables and receivables. Oversee temporary hires in all aspects including recruitment, on-boarding, and off boarding for all temporary employees within OME (including standardized patients, summer temporary employees and medical student tutors), including the paperwork and expectations. Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
