About the Role
This position centers on expanding business through new distribution channels without disturbing the existing ones. They're targeting distribution/jobber stores across the Midwest. Success in this role demands exceptional communication, organisation, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. The role is key to their North American expansion, and it offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in this journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional growth targets.
- Maintain and surpass the company's contribution margin across the Midwest region.
- Identify and visit new distribution/jobber stores that can benefit from our products and services.
- Identify and address potential customers' pain points with tailored solutions.
- Develop a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Research new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company's products/services, aligning with client objectives.
- Build enduring relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Position Prerequisites
- Essential prior experience in Sales or Account Management.
- Over 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry and distribution sales.
- Ability to handle rejection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation skills with a knack for spotting additional sales opportunities.
- Proven relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and precision.
- Driver's License (required).
- Willingness to travel: 100% (required).
- High energy levels, passion for sales, and results-driven.
