Were a Dassault Systemes DELMIA Apriso & DELMIA Ortems reseller and we are looking to hire a Sales Director who will be responsible for helping us grow software sales in North America. We are looking for an independent selfsufficient and creative individual that will sell licenses implementation and application maintenance services.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an executive sales role with a proven track record
Manufacturing business knowledge (production logistic quality maintenance) - Experience with selling ERP / MES / APS solutions (SAP Oracle Rockwell Siemens etc.)
- Good project knowledge and experience including phases plans deliverables scope and tasks
- Experience in establishing and running new business units
- Experience managing negotiating and closing complex sales cycles demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Availability to travel 25%
Responsibilities
- Seeking new business opportunities
- Managing sales processes offering negotiating contracting and supervising the implementation of products and services
- Collaborating with Marketing to improve market awareness & lead generation
- Maintain accurate account plans and forecast
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competitors activities
- Establish sales processes and enterprise customers across manufacturing industries
- Managing the relationship with existing customers
- Develop sales training and onboarding programs to ramp up new personnel
