Job description

Creative Expressions Learning Center in Norman, OK is looking for experienced, energetic, compassionate, childcare teachers to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated and reliable. We are located on 901 N. Peters Avenue. At least 2 years of experience in a Early Childhood environment is required. This is a full time position 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing lessons plans with creative and fun learning experiences
• Conducting observations and assessments
• Chart child’s behavior, meals, learning, etc.
• Maintain Oklahoma licensing ratios and regulations
• Classroom management
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Professional Communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or to be obtained within 30days)
• Safe Sleep Certification
• Ability to obtain and pass Oklahoma licensing background check
• Ability to professionally interact with children and maintain proper supervision
• Have compassion and patience with a strong commitment to child development and education
