Job description:
Client is one of the nation's largest and most experienced providers of pharmacy services supporting individuals with chronic or genetic disease who require complex and expensive drug therapies. Provide mail order delivery from local pharmacy locations in most major metropolitan regions. In Insurance Resolution team we validate authorization and benefit assistance, we review the order and identify reason of rejection and derive a resolution and ensure claims are paid before dispensing for delivery.
Skillset required:
Computer skills are a must. Being able to utilize Microsoft Office suite to go through their emails, basically set up an online account, reset a password, things of this nature which may be routine for a regular computer user.
Candidate should be able to answer general questions about Office products.
Customer Service Associate/Customer Care Representative, Call center experience, minimum of 1 year
Agents will work cases, investigate, research, and make outbound calls to doctor's offices or clients as necessary.
High Level = Resolve cases to ensure our customers get the right medications in a timely manner.
