Overview and Essential Functions

Prince Telecom is a national leader in the telecommunications industry and is looking for a Safety Analyst to join our team. Salary: $50,000 – $52,000 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Remote What You Will Do:

+ Assist Fleet and Asset Manager in maintaining up to date files and inputting associated information

+ Assist the Safety Director and Safety Manager in maintaining employee files

+ Receive and Input weekly Vehicle and Equipment Reports

+ Data entry of various databases

+ Communicate with field to resolve any issues with paperwork

+ Follow up/close small damage claims

+ Reconcile fleet and driver assignments to ensure they match

+ Maintain DOT compliance on Company Motor Vehicles and Driver Files

+ Maintain accurate driver assignments so that Drivecam events are assigned to the correct driver

+ Maintain open lines of communication with field operations

+ Distribute reports and follow-up with field to verify all Drivecams are functioning properly, and clean up the report to eliminate overdue for downloads

+ Distribute DVIR non-compliance reports and resolution

+ Maintain Luminos files Incident and Occurrence – Description edits – All supporting files within 48 hrs.

+ Update and distribute reporting focused on improving performance, identifying opportunities, and assisting senior leadership to focus on their teams

+ Maintain Safety portal with a focus on positive recognition, identifying and creating informative and descriptive positive behaviors

+ Coordinate and schedule learning events AKA “Post Incident Calls”

+ Manage all aspects of internal learning management system related to Driving, Safety, and MSO requirements.

+ Distribute reports and work with leadership to maintain compliance

+ Provide driving and claim history when requested

+ Provide ready for field data for Google markets, learning management system, Driver and ladder evaluation completion status

+ Other responsibilities as directed by Supervision

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ An understanding of safety and fleet requirements/regulations

+ Claims experience

+ Proficiency in spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

+ Data entry skills

+ Ability to identify and solve problems.

+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

+ Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload, while meeting deadlines, with minimum supervision

+ Strong ability to work remotely without being distracted

+ Must live within driving distance of one of our following office locations (New Castle, DE, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Lawrenceville, GA) and be able to travel into the office as needed.
