Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Investor Relations Associate to join our expanding team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with prospects and existing investors, fostering relationships, and driving new capital opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service to investors while actively seeking new avenues for growth.

Responsibilities

- Initiate and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors to raise equity for real estate projects.
- Develop and maintain an investor acquisition program, leveraging various communication channels including calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Manage existing investor relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing materials and pitch decks for capital market initiatives.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences, contributing to brand positioning and networking efforts.
- Assist in managing debt financing processes, from securing debt to asset closing.
- Utilize CRM platforms effectively to track investor activity and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct quarterly investor review meetings and provide ongoing support to meet investor needs.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in financial services or real estate investment, with a focus on raising capital.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
