Magnolia Moon opened in 2014 in Fort Collins, Colorado, and relocated to downtown Alpharetta, GA November 2018. As a member of the Alpharetta Magnolia Moon team, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist with growing our presence in the Atlanta metro area! Opportunities for growth within the company are available for qualified candidates and employees. New members of the Magnolia Moon team will not only work in the store as sales associates, but will also have the opportunity to assist with planning, styling, and executing weekly photo shoots, assist with daily social media responsibilities, and/or assist with monthly in-store events.
The position requires the following responsibilities:

-Taking initiative as needed on special projects
-Passion for fashion and styling
-Creativity and knowledge of current fashion trends
-The ability to assist with social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
-Offering honest and genuine style advice to customers
-Building lasting and meaningful relationships with customers
-The ability to work alone and with others
-Assist with responsibilities related to getting new merchandise floor ready, including but not limited to: lifting and moving boxes and fixtures, cleaning, steaming, and merchandising
Additional requirements:
-Previous retail or customer service experience desired
-Computer skills
-Ability to take direction and follow through on assignments
-Highly organized with special attention to detail
-Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Hours:
-8-20 hours per week dependent on availability
Compensation:
-$10-14 per hour dependent on experience, plus performance bonuses
-30% employee discount
