Job description
We want our clients to experience best in class claim service. Our goal is to guide our clients through every step of the claim process and help make the experience as streamlined as possible. Responsibilities: * Responding to calls and emails with incoming commercial claims, assisting clients with filing claims, following up with clients to ensure carrier contact has been made and the claim is progressing timely. This position works directly with account managers, agents, and clients. Qualifications: * 2 plus years' experience in commercial insurance claims.
