Serve as a key member of companys Legal team, advising on complex M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Partner with Corporate Development, business, and other internal teams in connection with diligence, negotiation, and integration activities across a variety of transactions. Collaborate closely with Corporate Development team to evaluate and structure transactions from a legal perspective and support the coordination and management of deal processes, including extensive interaction with other teams across the organization including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, People Services, Contracts, and Information Security.
