Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Oncology Pharmacy Technician (Research) within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. The primary purpose of the Oncology Pharmacy Technician (Research) position is to assist the department in all aspects of pharmacy practice consistent with a Certified Pharmacy Technician's scope of practice as it relates to investigational agents. In addition to the technical role, will be responsible for auditing and stocking of investigational and routine medications as well as proper storage, distribution, packaging, and labeling of investigational drugs, and associated recordkeeping. Responsible for all audits associated with clinical trials and investigational drugs with Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and its partner and affiliate organizations.
