Tasks

We are searching for inspiring and wellrounded Exercise Physiologists to join our team providing invaluable support and companionship to senior citizens as a key member of our staff. The Exercise Physiologists will perform a variety of assessments from cardiovascular functioning to strength posture and balance and develop exercise programs that match the goals capabilities and lifestyle of the clients. Our mission is to create safe efficient and effective exercise programs that help our clients achieve their healthy living goals. This position is full time and inperson based in Tucson Arizona.

Your duties will include:

• Conducting oneonone group and multipractitioner consultations with a focus on exercise testing and exercise evaluation.
• Providing clients with safe reasonable exercises that they can perform at home work or while traveling.
• Working with our clients on their goals and introducing them to our personal training services.
• Advising clients about important safety concerns and demonstrating exercises or maneuvers as needed.
• Performing appropriate clinical documentation.
• Developing and performing webinars and/or online workshops.
• Arranging followup consultations with clients and/or referrals as necessary.
• Participating in interprofessional team meetings incorporating the clients needs into the overall care plan.
• Collaborating with other SolaVieve practitioners across the health spectrum to develop new services and products share knowledge and continuously improve the client experience.
• Conducting case conferences when necessary on clients to achieve wholeperson servicing.
• Triaging and coordinating a clients care by consulting with SolaVieve and thirdparty health professionals while exchanging continuity of care records.
• Adhering to SolaVieves high standards for client service.
• Participating in professional development/educational activities/programs to ensure excellence in the provision of exercise care.
• May fill the role of personal trainer when specifically called upon to do so by clients or the company.

Requirements

Education

• Masters degree in Exercise Physiology or a related program.
• Certifications/Licenses: Possessing or currently in pursuit of certifications such as (ACSMCEP) or (ACSMEP) Certified Exercise Physiologists (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 35 years experience as an exercise physiologist preferably within a multidisciplinary setting
• Experience in performing online and remote telehealth services (preferred)

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Possesses outstanding judgment in personal training and coaching.
• Has a deep knowledge of various fitness programs from basic exercises to advanced training sessions.
• Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
• Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health spectrum.
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English).
• Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics.
• Mindful of our solution focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex healthrelated phenomena simply and practically.
• Ability to use technology to administer consultations.
• Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and the ability to work towards and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Possesses the knowledge of research procedures methods techniques statistical principles measurement theories and data collection instruments. (preferred)
