The Lead Solutions Architect is a critical role for the success of the newly formed Technical Innovation Team. This candidate will drive innovation projects into existing codebases (refactoring/additive functionality) as well as creating new software frameworks and proofs-of-concept. This anchor position is one that requires deep technical understanding (likely from software engineering past roles). This role is poly-glot, poly-cloud, with understanding of infra-as-code patterns and tools (such as Terraform). This candidate should know utility languages such as Python, Go, .NET Core. There should be an understanding of 12-Factor microservice patterns, stateless vs. stateful applications, database and data estate technologies, modern cloud tooling and techniques. The ideal candidate will be T-shaped in skillset: broad across many disciplines, but deep in one or two areas, preferably software engineering and/or data.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
