Works with is staff, vendors, and users to find the best technological means to meet business needs. Keeps abreast of current and new technologies and serves as a resource to other technical staff.
Develops specifications and conducts research with the assistance of is staff, vendors, and users to design, create, develop, or enhance computer applications. Prepares the required documents in accordance with information systems programming standards, policies, and procedures.
Participates in project teams, special projects, and other tasks as assigned by director or designated team leader. Accomplishes goals and objectives within set deadlines.
Coordinates with multiple internal teams for and during Epic upgrade.
4+ years of strong object-oriented programming experience (preferably Java).
Two (2) years experience writing technical documentation in a software testing or quality assurance environment
3 years experience with engineering tools such as testing management, bug tracking and source code control systems
Expert in Web Services testing with 3+ years of validating and certifying web services using the Soap UI tool with Groovy scripting. A basic knowledge of Soap UI is insufficient for this position. Expertise is needed
Minimum one (1) year in an informal leadership role working with technical team .
