This role will report to the Senior Director II, Chief of Staff to the SVP Enterprise Business Solutions and will work closely with EBS EAs, CoS’ and business operations leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks, as well as project coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Each day is different, and the areas of interaction and involvement are varied. The pace of the job is fast and focusing on multiple actions and projects in parallel is a skill that is absolutely required as well as being flexible and adaptable. You will operate across EBS daily and coordinate projects, travel, in market visits, and team operations vertically and horizontally across the organization.
This role requires a highly effective, self-starters that manages, plans, and schedules projects, company, and business-related events with direction by researching and identifying options, resources, and cost efficiencies within established timeframes; establishing dates, timelines, and agendas; identifying and coordinating specific technology needs; identifying, organizing, and scheduling pre-travel and travel preparation and business needs; and acting as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests.
Manages calendars for business operations working collaboratively across EAs internally and externally by working and collaborating with internal and external resources to manage appointments and understand calendar needs, priorities, preferences, and business impacts; anticipating and identifying time requirements for pre-meeting work, meetings, events, and sudden changes; monitoring and maintaining calendars and the use of meeting rooms or facilities; and utilizing business knowledge to filter and prioritize requests and identify key attendees

In Walmart Global Tech, our Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Operations organization is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. Our mission within EBS is to enable Walmart's Global Enterprise to spend smartly, act digitally and build trust with associates and shareholders.
What you'll do: - Coordinating the Rhythm of the Business including managing cadence, scheduling, and constant awareness of shifts or changes
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings; Assist with travel arrangements, logistics and expenses for executives and employees.
- Coordinate and oversee projects, including tracking progress and ensuring timely completion; Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Supports and represents the operations team and the company by maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information, identifying and escalating risks and concerns to supervisor and appropriate support teams.
- Serving as associate contact and resource; obtaining information and offering solutions to filter and prioritize requests for leadership time and attention.
- Mentoring, offering guidance, and delegating to other assistants; sharing information with leadership; resolving requests and escalated issues from internal and external customers, and other organizations.
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or operations specialist role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
