The Global team in Hallmark Technology supports our core Global business with Technology solutions to drive efficiency and ease of use for our business partners. This organization is responsible for identifying and delivering technology strategies and solutions that advance consumer and retail priorities for Hallmark Gold Crown & mass channel retail, Hallmark Digital, and Supply Chain. We are a fast paced, agile team with a great team culture! We play a key role in managing an effective relationship between IT and our Global business partners, as well as helping advance the development and implementation of a multi-year technology roadmap.
WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Hallmark's Order Fulfillment IT team is seeking a Delivery Specialist to support delivery of products and services within Hallmark Distribution, in Liberty, MO. Our operations are composed of automation technology platforms including Warehouse Management software, Warehouse Execution software, Robotic Picking technology, Voice Pick technology and Warehouse Print solutions.
In this role, you will be at the helm of maintaining and delivering features into our Logistics division by championing Agile principles and methodologies for execution. You will lead a cross-functional team composed of Hallmark employees and strategic vendor partnerships to groom the Order Fulfillment backlog, run daily stand-ups, and manage ceremonies in support of running our business while introducing new capabilities into our Supply Chain. In this position, you will work closely with technical leads to manage user stories, development, bug fixes and enhancements that enable best-in-class solutions within a variety of technology platforms.
This role drives a culture of continuous improvement, enabling Hallmark Technology to swiftly respond to market demands, deliver value to customers iteratively, and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-paced tech landscape.
