Job Description Summary

The Legal and Compliance Operations role will be responsible for working across the Wind Legal and Compliance teams to enable the efficient and effective delivery of legal and compliance services to our business. The Legal and Compliance Operations role will manage key processes that are critical to the Wind entire Legal and Compliance teams including but not limited to: (i) the e-Billing system; (ii) law firm billing procedures and practices; (iii) department measurement and benchmarking; (iv) supporting the management of law firms and other service providers; (v) developing and managing core legal/compliance processes including risk roll ups, training and communications and third-party compliance and (vi) supporting other legal/compliance operations activities. The role will be based in Onshore Wind and will report to the General Counsel for GE Vernova Onshore Wind business, but will also liaison with the Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind and LM Wind general counsels. The work completed in this role will provide a better understanding of strategic risks, legal, compliance and operational processes and policy needs that will mitigate future risks.

Desired Characteristics

The salary range for this position is $145,300 - $242,100 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15 % variable incentive bonus.
