Job description

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast paced work environment. The high level of customer service and attention to detail insures our customers of a quality appraisal.\

Review residential appraisals for accuracy, relevancy, and consistency of data in the report being reviewed.\
\
Effectively communicate with vendors regarding appraisal issues.\
\
Communicate with staff in all departments to meet client expectations and maintain a high level of customer service.\
\
Maintain a high level of production.\
\
Keep current with client specific underwriting requirements.\
\
Identify when a report should be escalated for further review.\
\
Delivery of the final product and supporting documentation to the client.
