Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: Direct Hire
Schedule: 3 days on site/ 2 days remote
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
The Corporate Finance team is seeking a hungry, humble and, smart team member who is interested in a fast-paced environment and put the Team's success in front of everything.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes to maximize leverage, value, and cost savings.
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Analyze spend data, track supplier performance, and find ways to reduce costs through negotiation and process improvement.
- Oversee the full procurement lifecycle from identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, securing contracts, managing orders and inventory, to building supplier relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define procurement needs and specifications.
- Ensure compliance to existing contracts as appropriate.
- Stay current on market trends, industry innovations, and changes in the regulatory environment.
- Support special high-impact projects, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience leading the change and organizational growth.
- Proficiency with various systems/program along with Procurement automated information systems
- Expert negotiating skills and ability to drive high-value deals.
- Strong analytical, project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with technical procurement expertise.
- Knowledge of sourcing processes, market research, and purchasing best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects concurrently.
