About the Position
We are currently searching for a Site Superintendent to join our team. You will oversee projects both small and midsized ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality possible. You will be the keystone of our operations contributing greatly to our reputation as Utahs best contractor.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Highschool Diploma
- Ensuring safety regulations are adhered to across all operations
- Supervising project activities and operations
- Conducting quality control checks
- Maintaining project deadlines and budgets
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders
OKRs and KPIs
- Completion of projects within set budget and time constraints (On Time On Budget)
- Achieve a job satisfaction score of 85% from team members
- Keep safety incidents to zero and improve safety culture
- Increase project success rate by 20%
- Civil Site superintendent capable of managing all field related activities for City and DOT projects ranging from 200K to 5M
