Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)
The Surveillance Technician Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and overall upkeep of all surveillance equipment and alarm systems. The surveillance technician supervisor is also responsible for supervising, evaluating and providing training for surveillance technicians.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a regular maintenance/cleaning schedule of all CCTV equipment to include cameras, lenses and any other related equipment used for surveillance.
- Maintain an inventory of CCTV equipment and be a liaison with vendors for obtaining bids and purchases.
- Supervise and participate in installation, movement, and removal of surveillance related equipment to assure gaming protection and internal controls for gaming regulations.
- Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and internal regulations.
- Repair and maintain access control equipment.
- Train and develop team members.
- Schedule and evaluate personnel.
- Work with various vendors and departments to ensure that projects are completed properly and on schedule.
Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position. Knowledge of hand tools and electronic testing devices.
- Knowledge of computer software programs and digital video recording equipment.
- Ability to read instructions and schematic diagrams.
- Knowledge of access control systems.
- Must understand casino operations.
- Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends.
- Good communication skills.
Educational Requirements
- Two (2)- year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in CCTV, electrical maintenance and repair.
Working Conditions
- 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
