Job descriptionIn addition to optimizing and further growing the already strong presence that boost.ai has in North America, you will lead the effort and strategy to drive demand and awareness for the Boost.ai platform, and deliver high quality leads to SDRs and sales.You will head up the development and execution of all customer-focused short and long-term marketing programs for boost.ai products and services in the US in collaboration with SDRs, partner team and account executives.Your accountabilitiesIn strong collaboration with the global marketing team, and local sales and partner teams in each market, as well as key stakeholders from around the organization you will:Direct all North America marketing efforts, strategies, and programs.Be accountable for both influencing pipeline generation and building awareness about boost.ai in the markets.Have a mission to get boost.ai “on the map” as one of the key “players” in this crowded industry of chatbot providers, and differentiate boost.ai such that our unique value proposition is made clear to the target market and to the press. Pave the way to satisfy revenue goals of the organization through the development and execution of well-designed marketing campaigns aimed at pipeline generation and PR aimed at awareness building.Keeping up to date on the competitive landscape, competitors’ positioning/messaging, and market intelligence.Have responsibility for partner marketing, shared with the partner and sales team.Be a strong leader, skilled at building collaborative relationships to strengthen engagements and results that advance boost.ai’s mission, marketing & business goals.Primary activities you will head upCollaborate with the Global Marketing team and the local Sales teams to develop marketing strategies that will generate engagement and market share growth.Implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates Boost.ai products in the market, making any changes needed to successfully penetrate vertical markets.Guide the development and implementation of creative assets across multiple web channels, as needed, via platforms including, but not limited to: landing pages, email, web/mobile, print and social media.Create and manage account based campaigns in alignment with target accounts across all countries to generate awareness and interest with relevant decision makers and influencers in the organisations.Manage US lead generation, from contact through to handoff of leads qualified for sales (SQLs) and including the SDR roles as it assists in the qualification process. Report on pipeline creation including new customer acquisition and existing customer upsell.Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and designs, and provide recommendations for enhancements.Track and report on results of omni-channel marketing activities to the CMO and the executive team. Audit and work to optimize return on investment (ROI) for efforts within each channel.Manage day-to-day relationships pertaining to boost.ai stakeholders – building and fostering collaborative relationships. This includes overseeing and managing PR.Manage and develop boost.ai and partner driven events and webinars to support awareness, demand generation and lead capture.QualificationsTrack record of creative marketing success at a medium to large organization, working with matrixed, global marketing teams. Experience with an agency and/or in-house marketing team also qualifies.BA or BS in a related field.7+ years demonstrated understanding of a complex competitive landscape.Effective stewardship of a brand while raising the organization’s national profile and advancing business goals.Experience in leveraging emerging marketing trends, including effective use of account-based marketing, digital platforms, multimedia and experiential marketing platforms.4+ years experience with each of the following: content marketing, digital engagement, brand expression through creative and messaging, and marketing automation. Hubspot experience is a plus.Ability to balance the need for creativity with a data-driven approach to measuring impact and success.Understanding of all aspects of content marketing, social media marketing, influence marketing, and communications, including omni-channel and marketing automation principles.Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and passionately both in writing and verbally.
