Overview

We are excited to introduce our newly created Market Float position.  Work in your area of expertise, float to at least 3 of our 5 Omaha Metro locations, and earn 25% hourly differential!  Facility selection and shift preference is available first come, first serve. Apply today!

Regional Float locations include the following CHI Health facilities

• C reighton University Medical Center, Bergan Mercy
• Immanuel Hospital
• Lakeside Hospital
• Mercy Hospital - Council Bluffs, IA
• Midlands Hospital - Papillion

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with physicians and your nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation. 
• Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging.
• Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

We are offering a $25,000 Sign On Bonus and up to $10,000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following eligibility requirements . 

• Associates degree i n Nursing from an accredited program college, or university
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live. 
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 1 year of med surg nursing experience in a hospital environment, required.
