Salesforce business analyst

Location : Montpelier, Vermont, USA hybrid

Job Description:

• Identify and gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform for automation of business processes
• Document the requirement, conceptualize and co-ordinate layout and design for the Salesforce Portal and Salesforce users
• Coordinate the UI and UX requirement
• Requirement gathering and supporting the execution of third-party integration
• Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, defining roles and profiles
• Create objects, fields, set permission, create page layouts, record types, custom settings, set DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), dashboards and reports
• Create Backoffice Validation rule for objects and field, lightning pages and setting email templates
