A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RAPID REHOUSING COORDINATOR

You meet with individuals facing housing instability, conduct assessments, and craft personalized rapid rehousing plans. QUALIFICATIONS

n

To join our mission, you need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work OR experience working with individuals who are or have been homeless.
n
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to work in various settings.
n
• Passion for creating positive change and a commitment to our open-door policy for mental health.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional experience in case management or related fields.
n

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. You'll find yourself working both in the community and in the office, creating a balance that allows you to thrive. Our headquarters are located in the heart of Chattanooga, TN.
