Position: Zoho Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at [Company Name], your role involves designing customized systems to meet client needs and streamline business processes. You'll serve as a knowledgeable consultant in implementing Zoho applications, working closely with clients to find the perfect match between their requirements, the Zoho suite of applications, and our services. Additionally, you'll play a key role in delivering our Company's services. Our ideal Solutions Consultants are proficient in:

IT project management and Agile principles
Customer relationship management
Technical requirements documentation
Solution research and proposal
Project work estimation
Preparation of user tools and training materials
Conducting webinars and training sessions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for candidates who possess:
Relevant experience in software customization and relational databases
Familiarity with graphical design tools, dashboards/KPIs, and data cleanup
Proficiency in blog writing and understanding of user experience design best practices
A passion for problem-solving with cloud technology
Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

This is a full-time salaried position, with eligible team members receiving annual company performance bonuses after one year of employment. While our Company is based in Novi, MI, this role primarily operates in a remote environment with minimal travel requirements.
