Job description

This 115-bed, level III trauma facility in southeastern New Mexico believes in the power of people to create great care. Head west for your next assignment and experience all the incredible sunny weather, hiking, golfing, and water recreation this location has to offer!

• Shift -Monday-Friday 8-5pm

• Number of Beds -hospital 99, IRF 10

• Patient Ratios -

• EMR -MedHost in-patient, ReDoc outpatient

• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current NM license

Position: Therapist
Specialty/Modality: Physical Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-New Mexico, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
