Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Long Island City, NY. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily AM operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, creating sales strategies, managing food and beverage inventory, and maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of the cafe.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience in food and beverage management
• Proficient in food service and sales
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience in the coffee industry
• 1+ years experience working as a manager in Cafes
• Must have NYCDOH Food Handlers License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 pounds
